Aquagem Inverpro Variable Speed Pump
When we talk about variable speed, we talk about low consumption. We all already know the importance of reducing energy consumption, and currently manufacturers constantly work and improve so that each year, the consumption of new technology pumps changes compared to conventional filtration pumps.
The InverSilence technology developed by the manufacturer Aquagem is one of the solutions we present to improve energy savings at home.
Additionally, it comes combined with a complete inverter that can control the pump speed with high precision, capable of adjusting between 30% and 100% of the working revolutions to generate greater savings with up to 15 times less consumption than traditional filtration pumps.
Let's say, like the way to rev a car engine, the more you rev it, the higher the fuel consumption. The touch control system allows controlling the speed of our variable speed pump, with the ability to automatically adjust consumption between 30% and 100% maximum revolutions. Besides reducing the noise level in the pool, it is absolutely silent.
Volute hydraulic system
The internal composition of the variable speed filtration pump model is made with volute propulsion. The noise is isolated with the volute structure, which allows the water flow to move more freely, with less turbulence caused by high pressure. Additionally, the high generation Full Inverter motor operates without DC brushes, ensuring lower pump noise, greater durability, and more efficiency.
A volute is a pump that uses a rotating impeller to generate a vortex. This range of pumps is used in hydraulic systems to move liquids quickly and quietly. The diffuser creates turbulence that simultaneously blocks the heat produced, while a spiral-shaped diffuser is more efficient at maximum speed and also produces less turbulence.
