Bromine Tablets 20 g CTX-130
Bromine is a halogen and a powerful oxidiser perfect for disinfecting pool water with the same level of effectiveness as chlorine. It also has a high pH tolerance (up to 9).
Bromine in 20 g tablets CTX-130 with slow dissolution for disinfecting pools and spas. It offers a number of advantages that make bromine a good alternative to chlorine.
Among these advantages is lower aggressiveness, which reduces irritation of eyes and mucous membranes, and it does not produce odours. It is less corrosive than chlorine and requires simple maintenance.
Technical Features
The high power of CTX-130 allows it to completely destroy all organic matter present in the water.
Dosage
With the pH adjusted between 7.2 and 7.6, fill the tablet dispenser with bromine tablets. Then, adjust the dispenser to achieve the desired bromine level.
The recommended residual bromine levels are as follows:
- Private pools: 1.0 - 3.0 ppm
- Public pools: 3.0 - 5.0 ppm
- Private spas: 2.0 - 4.0 ppm
- Public spas: 4.0 - 6.0 ppm
These levels can be easily measured with a bromine and pH test kit.
