Elecro Evolution Titanium Heater

The Elecro Evolution Heater is manufactured with top quality materials and components at the Elecro factory in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

It consists of a pure titanium tube with inlet and outlet elements made from a special polymer blend. It features universal ABS adapters for connection to the inlet and outlet pipes.

The outlet piece has a reversible flow detector with a contact wire coated with a thin layer of gold and a titanium shaft. The heater is mounted on two swivel brackets, allowing both horizontal and vertical installation.

The control elements are located on the front of the heater. The water inlets and outlets allow connection to metric or standard pipes.

The water inlet is designed to allow full immersion of the heating elements, significantly reducing the formation of air pockets.

Operation

The desired temperature can be easily set using the thermostat dial on the front of the heater. The power supply, either single or three-phase, is activated by a high-quality Schneider contactor.

Safety and equipment protection are ensured by the highly reliable flow sensor. A magneto-thermal switch (manual reset) protects against overheating.
