That’s right, the Air Cover inflatable cover is designed to offer both winterisation and safety in one product.

A winter cover is essential to maintain the quality of pool water during the cold season. It keeps the pool clean by preventing dirt from entering the water.

Thanks to its complete opacity, it blocks sunlight from passing through the cover, preventing algae growth and microorganism proliferation. By applying the appropriate winterisation treatment, you will have clean and crystal-clear water when you uncover your pool again in the warmer months. You can forget about long and costly treatments to prepare and restore your pool water at the start of the next swimming season.

By keeping the water in perfect condition, the winter cover allows you to reuse the water year after year without needing to change it. It also saves on chemical treatments, as it prevents dirt accumulation in the water. Therefore, less maintenance is required.

The Air Cover inflatable cover not only protects the pool from weather conditions such as frost but also prevents accidental falls of people and animals into the pool.

In case of snowfall, snow does not accumulate on the cover thanks to its hemispherical shape; all the water generated by melting snow flows towards the edges, preventing it from falling into the pool along with any dirt that may have formed.

The Air Cover is Spanish-made and invented. After years of experience and development in pool covers and tarpaulins, this innovation has been developed and is exclusively offered by Outlet Pool.

The Air Cover winter cover consists of two layers of highly resistant PVC tarpaulin, exactly the same used for manufacturing winter covers. The inflatable cover is custom-made and its two layers are welded together to create an air chamber inside.

Using an inflation pump, we can fill the inner cavity with air through the air valve incorporated in the cover. This valve also allows deflation when it’s time to uncover the pool again.

The Air Cover inflatable cover is made according to your pool’s measurements, specifically adding 20 cm on each side to the internal dimensions of your pool, so the protective cover will be larger than the pool basin. By making the cover larger than the pool surface, we protect against dirt entry and enable installation using tensioners.

Along the perimeter, a series of anchors spaced approximately 60 cm apart can be added. The tensioners allow the cover to be fixed to the anchors, applying full tension to the cover once installed. This installation uses exactly the same system as traditional winter covers. The difference here is that afterwards, we can inflate the internal air chamber, achieving a perfect installation of our Air Cover.
