Once you have chosen the thermal blanket model you need, you should select which finishes you want. With these, you will strengthen your blanket (regardless of the model you choose) and extend its lifespan. Additionally, you can combine it with a reel.
Basic Blanket
Does not include edging or eyelets for reel. The best option if you want to roll up the blanket manually.
Reel-Ready Blanket
Reinforced edging and holes every 50 cm on one side. Easy to roll up with a reel.
Ultra-Reinforced Blanket
Blanket with reinforced edging all around. Designed to withstand abrasion and eyelets every 50 cm on one side for use with a reel.
Ladder Recess
When you receive your blanket, you will find an area where you can easily make cuts so that the blanket fits perfectly to the exact position of your ladder.
BlueBubble and GeoBubble™ Thermal Blanket Models
In our store, you can find GeoBubble and BlueBubble thermal blanket models. The differences between these two types of blankets are varied; at first glance, the most noticeable difference is the shape of their bubbles. GeoBubble blankets consist of circular-shaped bubbles, while BlueBubble models have a characteristic figure-8 shape. This difference is not just an aesthetic detail but the result of years of research and development by the GeoBubble manufacturer. As shown in the following graphic, conventional circular bubbles have weak points, especially at their corners where the thickness becomes thinner. This drawback causes the blanket to deteriorate faster than those with GeoBubble’s patented technology. The figure-8 shaped GeoBubble bubbles not only offer more resistance and durability but also better fulfil their intended function and provide additional features such as extra heat contribution, protection against algae growth, etc., which BlueBubble covers cannot offer. If you use a BlueBubble cover, we recommend removing it daily from the pool during sunlight hours as it could deteriorate quickly. GeoBubble blankets, on the other hand, can be used during the day and, in fact, by doing so, they add heat to the pool water from the sunlight incidence. Practical and Economical Heating for Your Pool
The thermal blanket is the most practical, economical, efficient, and eco-friendly way to heat your pool. During the night, the water experiences a significant loss of temperature; the thermal blanket prevents the loss of water temperature. This helps keep the water warmer without any electrical cost or effort.
The Economy model blanket is the classic single bubble blanket, used only at night to reduce temperature loss and should not be left on during the day, as exposure to the sun can cause deterioration.
In recent years, however, more advanced types of blankets have been developed that resist the sun and use its energy to heat the pool. The new thermal blanket models with GeoBubble technology not only prevent temperature loss but also increase the water temperature during the day thanks to the sun’s effect. This is a great benefit, as you can leave the blanket on all day and raise the water temperature simply by harnessing the sun’s heat.
The thermal blanket also supports other heating systems. Whether it’s an electric heater, a heat pump, or a solar-powered heating system, the thermal blanket is an essential complement to optimise their efficiency. It will make your heating much more effective, resulting in up to 60% savings.
Benefits of Thermal Blankets
Besides heating your pool water, using a thermal blanket also has other benefits. Firstly, they prevent water evaporation, which has several positive effects. It means water savings while also benefiting heating by avoiding the need to refill the pool with colder water. Additionally, it reduces the amount of chemicals needed as the concentration remains more stable.
Another benefit is that the pool stays cleaner. Although the protection is not the same as with a winter cover, the thermal blanket also retains a large part of the dirt and particles that fall into the water.

Thermal Blanket Usage Recommendations
Place the thermal blanket on the water surface. The bubble side should be in contact with the water, and the smooth side should be on top.
It is advisable to store the solar cover with a reel and cover it with an opaque protective blanket.
If you do not have a reel, it is recommended to roll the blanket without folding it and store it in the shade after rinsing.
Due to thermal contrasts, hours of sun exposure, and pool chemicals, the blanket may contract up to 3% of its size.
The blanket should be removed when the water temperature reaches around 28°C.
Do not unfold the blanket in direct sunlight or on grass.
To avoid bubble deterioration, do not put the blanket in contact with water for 48 hours after chlorination treatment.
Do not walk or lie on the blanket, and do not swim underneath it.
Thermal Blanket Guarantees
The warranty for your products is 3 seasons for the 400-micron Geobubble model, and for other Geobubble models, the warranty is 3 consecutive summer seasons. It specifically covers material and welding defects. Exclusively, the warranty is 4 years for the 800-micron blanket models.

Ya recomendé cuando la adquirí, que los ojales de amarre los tenga en los dos lados. De esa forma, extenderla es mucho más sencillo y se evita que se sumerja. Si no, o se extiende entre dos personas, o tienes que meterte en la piscina.

Soy de canarias. Todo el año hace buen tiempo y el agua se evapora mucho. Hay que estar rellenando la piscina bastante a menudo. Uno de los motivos por ellos que se compró la manta era evitar la evaporación y ese objetivo se ha superado. Tengo la manta puesta desde hace un mes más o menos y hemos pasado por una ola de calor. Más de 30 grados durante 3 o 4 días y aún así, en todo este tiempo no ha sido necesario rellenar la piscina. Estoy muy contento. Otra de las cosas que me preocupaban era que las medidas al final no coincidieran con lo que había enviado. Pero no, la manta ha quedado como un guante en la piscina. Y eso que tenía dos entradas de escalera pero ha encajado perfectamente. Además, la pedí con los bordes reforzados y creo que ha sido muy buena idea. Y la otra cosa interesante era el precio. He preguntado en otras empresas de mi zona y me salía mucho más barato en Outlet piscinas con el envío a canarias que comprándolo en empresas locales. Por último decir que la puedo quitar y poner en un minuto más o menos. Es decir, no dejas de bañarte por no quitar la manta. Es una operación bastante rápida. La única cosa que no me ha gustado mucho ha sido el color. La pedí transparente y creo que la tuve que pedir azul. La pedí transparente pensando en que casi no se vería la manta pero me equivoque. Al final la transparente se ve como si fuera blanca. Creo que me hubiera quedado mejor azul, pero es mi opinión y lo elegí yo. Si pudiera dar marcha atrás en el tiempo, la volvería a comprar todo igual pero en color azul.
