The Beethoven Rigid Safety Fence is supplied in modules of different widths and with a height of 1.22m. The fixings can be 16mm or 30mm in diameter. This safety fence model is characterised by its ease of installation, featuring an aluminium frame with a circular profile that holds inside an elastic polyester mesh coated with PVC, capable of withstanding 3 tonnes per m², three times higher than the regulatory requirements. The mesh is treated against UV rays to prevent colour loss, and the aluminium is lacquered in a range of colours to choose from. The Beethoven Rigid Fence model is manufactured in Europe and complies with the NFP90-306 standard and tested by LNE. We are talking about a European manufacturer with 26 years of experience. Installation of the Beethoven Rigid Fence
With the installation of this fence model, the access to your home pool is securely isolated, providing complete peace of mind and protection for small children or pets, as its design prevents climbing or bypassing the fence without adult consent. Besides safety compliance with the NFP90-306 standard and testing by LNE, it adds great aesthetic beauty to your bathing area. There are 2 options to anchor the modules to your pool floor, guaranteeing maximum firmness and resistance: the traditional Ø 30 mm drill system or by means of anchoring plates.
Fixing Using Ø 30 mm Drill
The conventional method of anchoring and fixing to the ground is by drilling the floor with a Ø 30 mm drill bit where a plastic plug fixed with epoxy resin (chemical anchor) is inserted. The posts fit into this hole in the floor and keep the structure well secured and firm. It is necessary to perform this type of drilling ensuring that the drill is perfectly level on the floor; once the module is placed, it must maintain a straight and horizontal line. It is essential to carry out this operation with the help of a drill stand, which allows drilling the floor perpendicularly at 90º with full guarantee.
The anchors are buried approximately 10 to 12 cm deep.
Type of Drill Anchoring According to Surface
Depending on the ground where the safety fence must be placed, the following technical aspects must be considered. Anchoring can be done on slab (concrete floor), grass, or wood, and there are different techniques depending on the surface type that guarantee secure anchoring.
Fixing Using Anchoring Plates
A more practical solution as these plates are fixed to the ground with screws (not included) and the holes can be drilled manually or freehand. These plates provide the fence with all the firmness and stability necessary to support the enclosure and provide maximum safety. It is important to note that at the module joints that form corners, they are supplied with a certain degree of angulation that provides firmness once fixed to the ground.
Angle from 0 to 40°
Use the standard plates that allow orienting the panels from 0 to 40°
Right Angle 90°
Order two panels whose plates at the corners will be oriented at 45° specifying whether it is the right or left plate.
Angle from 40° to 80°

Pool Access Through the Fence
For modules with a rigid frame, it is necessary to install a door with automatic closing.
It is necessary to take measurements correctly to know the exact location of this access door and consider the hinge position (right or left) for door opening, as they can be custom made. It is advisable to have a plan with the layout of the Beethoven Rigid Fence modules including the door location to facilitate a more suitable enclosure design in each case.
