Elecro G2 Heat Exchanger

Fantastic heat exchanger with titanium tubes, featuring a stainless steel body. It has a low retention volume and special polymer alloy connections. Additionally, it includes a cavity for a thermostat.

The standard G2 heat exchanger consists of:

- 2 x 1" primary brass connections

- 1 x 1" shut-off valve

- Titanium thermostat cavity

- 1 x Vacuum cap and flat gasket (for the side opposite the thermostat)

The Elecro G2 heat exchanger has been designed so that the installer, whether private or professional, can select where to pump the primary and secondary water to achieve the highest possible temperature.

This exchanger is designed to be installed both horizontally and vertically, and can be fitted to all filtration housings.

Features of the Elecro G2 Heat Exchanger

The G2 Heat Exchanger offers an unparalleled heat transfer surface. Inside the tube, it is composed of small titanium tubes with high thermal insulation. This product minimises heat loss as the large surface area of the internal tubes provides very high heat transfer, making it perfect for applications such as gas or oil boilers, solar panels, heat pumps, and chillers.

The operation of the exchanger is very simple: once installed in your pool’s filtration system, water circulates through the primary circuit, heating the water and expelling it hot back into your pool. Heat exchangers are climate control accessories specially manufactured for use with boilers, whether gas or oil, heat pumps, or solar panels.

We present the Elecro G2 titanium Heat Exchanger manufactured by Elecro Engineering Limited in England with high-quality components and materials. The G2 heater is constructed with a BS 316 stainless steel casing, coated with a thermal shell to retain the produced heat, providing perfect thermal insulation.

The interior of the exchanger is composed of numerous titanium tubes compatible with salt chlorinators and common chemicals such as chlorine. The ends of the device are sealed with primary and secondary couplings. The G2 has been manufactured following high-quality standards, using only the most durable materials to ensure a very long service life.

Its body is made of stainless steel, covered with a thermal frame that helps optimise the insulation of the primary and secondary circuits to achieve maximum thermal capacity. This is achieved by placing the hot primary circuit and the secondary circuit in opposite directions.
