Heliocol Pool Solar Panels

Overmould Injection Technology
It consists of a unique injection process that connects the vertical tubes of the collector. This manages to create a panel in a single piece.
Individual Tube Design
The individual tubes minimise the effects of wind on the panel. Thus, Heliocol solar panels have strong mechanical stability.
Cylindrical Shape
All parts of the panels are designed with rounded shapes. There are no sharp angles. This system prevents, on one hand, the concentration of stresses and, on the other, the risk of bursting at high pressures. Offering us a product with high safety.
Fins
To achieve more stability, these fins provide extra strength. They prevent differential thermal expansion or distortion of the system.
Spacer Bars
They have a fundamental function which is to prevent panel distortion over time and also the abrasion of the vertical tubes, which can occur due to the panel's thermal expansion.
Mounting Clamps (not included)
Thanks to these mounting clamps, we can place the panel on any roof or rooftop. They allow easy and firm attachment. Moreover, they also minimise the depth at which they must be screwed in. They allow the panel to expand and contract.
Accessories (not included)
All Heliocol solar panel accessories are made entirely of plastic. This provides a simple connection between the panels and all standard piping.
Its operation is very simple. We can explain it in 5 easy steps:
1- The pump installed in the pool directs the water towards the solar collectors with the help of a controlled motorised valve.
2- When the water reaches the solar collectors, it enters from the bottom and rises to the top through the individual tubes of the collector.
3- Using the solar energy flowing through the collectors, the water is heated.
4- Once the water is hot, it returns to the pool. This process repeats until the pool reaches an adequate temperature provided by the sun’s heat.
5- Finally, the solar heating process is completed automatically through temperature sensors and a differential controller.
