Additionally, to satisfy the legitimate interests of OUTLET POOL, provided these do not prevail over your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms, OUTLET POOL may process Customer data for the purposes indicated below.

As a result of such processing, automated decisions may be adopted. You may object to this processing at any time by exercising your right in the manner indicated in the section relating to the Rights of the data subject. Once the user account has been created, and provided customers have not objected, OUTLET POOL may send you commercial communications, by any means, regarding products and services marketed by OUTLET POOL, general or adapted to your commercial profile (for this purpose, OUTLET POOL may make automated decisions based on such information to make specific offers and send commercial communications tailored to your commercial profile). Sending these communications responds to the legitimate interest of OUTLET POOL in promoting its image by means of commercial communications sent through different media, including electronic means, about products and services similar to those already contracted by the customer. In this regard, Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, considers this practice lawful. In any case, in each electronic communication sent, you may unsubscribe to stop receiving this type of communication or object to it in the manner indicated below.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect its legitimate interest in preventing anomalous practices that may cause financial harm to OUTLET POOL, your data will be processed for fraud prevention in contracting. This processing is necessary to avoid possible negative economic consequences and potential legal non-compliance arising from customer actions. For this purpose, and in accordance with OUTLET POOL internal policies, customer activities are analyzed, such as the pre-existence of defaults or irregular activities, both in relation to OUTLET POOL and other entities (through consultation of common files for assessing financial solvency and credit, or common files for fraud management and prevention). To avoid harm and negative consequences for customers, technical and organizational measures have been adopted to reinforce the confidentiality and security of this information.

PROFILING

To improve responsiveness to the products offered, OUTLET POOL will create a profile based on your personal characteristics (such as sex, age, or socioeconomic data) and information obtained from your actions as a customer and, especially, the purchase of products. This purpose responds to the need to make personalized offers to each customer (including by electronic means, when authorized), to facilitate your purchase of your preferred products and similar alternatives, as well as to offer products considered likely to be of interest to you based on your profile (for this purpose, automated decisions may be adopted). Therefore, the customer will benefit from offers adapted to their preferences and tastes, shown through their activity or inferred according to their profile characteristics. Information relating to your profile will be processed securely and confidentially, being processed only in systems that analyze information obtained automatically. The customer may, at any time, state their wish not to be subject to this processing, by exercising their right to object to it.
