The LumiPlus Essential Mini LED Projector is a compact and efficient solution designed to illuminate pools through installation in AstralPool niches (not included). Thanks to its high-quality LED technology, it offers superior luminous performance and outstanding energy efficiency, consuming up to twelve times less power and lasting one hundred times longer than traditional halogen lamps. Available in white light (315 lumens), warm white (3000K), cool white (5700K), and RGB (186 lumens), it provides powerful, stable lighting perfectly suited to any aquatic environment.

The LumiPlus Essential is compatible with AstralPool niches: model 06967 for concrete pools, 00369 for fibre or concrete installations with liner, and 49828 for panel pools. For optimal results, it is recommended to install one projector every 5 m² in white light, while RGB installations require slight oversizing, especially in pools with dark lining or stainless steel.

 

With a 12V AC power supply and IPX8 protection rating, this projector must always operate fully submerged, ensuring maximum safety at all times. It includes a 2.5-metre H07RN-F cable and a white trim, with optional finishes available such as stainless steel, beige, light grey, or anthracite grey to better blend with the pool lining.

Recommended Installation of the LumiPlus Essential Mini Projector

To ensure optimal performance and uniform pool lighting, it is important to follow a series of recommendations during the installation of the LumiPlus Essential Mini. Under standard conditions, it is advised to install one projector per 5 m² of water surface, while in especially deep pools the guideline changes to one projector per 10 m³ of volume.

To avoid glare, projectors should always be positioned facing away from the house or the usual viewing point of the pool. In sports facilities, such as competition or training pools, it is essential to install them on the sides, thus preventing visual discomfort for swimmers.

It is also recommended to place the projectors in areas accessible from the pool’s upper edge, allowing replacements without the need to drain the pool. All electrical connections must be properly sealed using resin or certified IP68 connection systems, ensuring the watertightness of cables and sleeves.
