Each ZEN Sauna comes equipped with the Harvia Vega steam stove with a 3-year warranty, and includes 20 kg of lava rocks to ensure a rapid and efficient temperature increase.

It is recommended to use sessions between 10 to 25 minutes. The Zen steam sauna will help you maintain fitness, health, and vitality while ensuring pleasant relaxation. We also advise that if your position is lying down during the session, once finished do not stand up suddenly; first sit and place your feet on the cabin floor to lower circulation and avoid dizziness.
Assembly of the ideal Zen steam sauna for two people
The ZEN Sauna Cabin is easy to install, in just a few minutes and with the help of two people you will have it assembled. Thanks to its anchoring system and prefabricated panels, it is very simple to set up. Additionally, all detailed instructions are included in the manual inside the packaging, which you can also find on our website, located further down.
Operation of the Zen steam sauna model
It features an electric stove integrated into the cabin, which besides electricity requires volcanic stones and water. It is only necessary to insert the volcanic stones into the stove (as indicated in the stove instruction manual, also located further down), heat the stone bed. Once heated, water must be poured onto the stones to generate sauna steam, intensify the heat, and stimulate perspiration.
