Each ZEN Sauna comes equipped with a Harvia Vega steam heater with a 3-year warranty, plus 20 kg of volcanic rocks to ensure fast and effective heating.

It is recommended to use sessions between 10 and 25 minutes. The Zen steam sauna will help you maintain your figure, health, and vitality, while ensuring relaxation. We also advise that if you stretch your posture at the end of the session, do not stand up suddenly; instead, sit down first and place your feet on the cabin floor to reduce blood circulation and avoid dizziness.

Functions of the Zen steam sauna for 3 seats
An electric heater is integrated into the cabin, besides electricity, you also need volcanic rock and water. Simply insert the volcanic rock into the heater (as shown in the heater operation instructions, which are also found below) to heat the bed. After heating, it is necessary to sprinkle water on the stones to generate sauna steam, increase heat, and stimulate sweating.

The Harvia Vega heater is easy to use because its control panel allows you to set the operating time from 0 to 60 minutes, and the temperature can reach up to 90 °C.
The built-in system stops operation at the end of the programmed time.
Due to its structure, the Harvia heater can distribute heat evenly in the sauna, and the heat can also be transferred to the smaller benches.
