Zen 4 includes a Harvia Vega steam stove set with a two-year warranty and also contains 20 kg of volcanic stone to ensure efficient and satisfying heating.
The ZEN 4-person sauna cabin is easy to install.
The Zen 4 steam sauna allows you to enjoy pleasant relaxation while improving your health, vitality, and body shape. We recommend not exceeding 25 minutes. Sessions between 10 and 25 minutes are advised. We also recommend sitting at the end of the session to avoid sudden movements, blood circulation issues, and dizziness.

Zen 4 is easy to assemble and can be set up in just a few minutes with the help of two people. With its anchoring system and prefabricated panels, it is easy to install. Additionally, all detailed instructions are included in the packaging manual, which you can also find on our website below.
Dimensions of the four-seat Zen sauna
The Zen 4 sauna can accommodate up to 4 people at once, making it perfect for your home and for relaxing moments with your family.
Its compact size allows it to be placed in a corner of the home, and its corner structure is very suitable for fitting into any room corner.
It measures 200 cm in depth, 175 cm in width, and 65 cm on the front door side. It has a height of 200 cm, a bench from one end of the cabin to the other, and a depth of 50 cm for greater comfort.
It also features a safety glass door with a thickness of 8 mm and a width of 60 cm.
Use of the Zen steam sauna for 4 seats
The room includes an electric stove, which requires stones and water in addition to electricity. Simply place the lava stone in the stove (as shown in the operating instructions below) to heat the bed. After the stones are heated, water must be sprinkled over them to generate sauna steam, increase heat, and stimulate sweating.
