Relaxing while listening to your favourite music is very easy, as it has a digital control panel that you can adjust, modify or change functions at any time. Both before entering, thanks to the external panel, or inside, since it is also possible from the internal panel.
It includes countless advantages, the most requested being its almost instant start-up; the sauna heats up in just 15 - 25 minutes. We recommend adding this heating time to your session time. For example: if you want a 30-minute session, set 45 minutes and enter the cabin as soon as the sauna is hot.
Use the heating time to shower or bathe before the session and don’t forget to dry yourself. Also, the broad wavelength acts on both the depth and surface of the skin.

Operation of the Apollon Quartz 2/3 Infrared Sauna
The main difference between traditional steam saunas and the Apollon Quartz 2 - 3 full spectrum quartz and carbon infrared sauna is that it does not emit steam or extreme heat temperatures of up to 90 ºC or more. The operating temperature range is 18 to 60 °C, it is advisable to use the sauna for a session period of between 30 to 45 minutes maximum. We recommend setting the sauna temperature between 40 and 50 °C. When the selected temperature is reached, the heaters go into standby mode to maintain a constant temperature. Sweating begins between 6 and 15 minutes after the session starts.
Like most home saunas, Apollon infrared saunas are equipped with a control panel through which you can set the duration and intensity of the sauna. You can also control the interior lighting colour, the music system, and many other functions.
Starting a session in the Apollon infrared sauna with capacity for 2 or 3 people
First, you must connect the power plug to the wall socket. Once connected and confirming power supply, press the on/off button on the control panel to start it. To adjust the temperature, use the button near the TEMP display; use the buttons below the frame to set the session duration, TIME, for the time. Now you can enter the sauna, enjoy and relax during the pre-programmed session; once the session ends, it will stop automatically. To turn off the sauna, simply press the ON/OFF button.
