Use of the Apollon Quartz 3/4 Infrared Sauna

If we compare conventional steam saunas and infrared saunas with quartz and carbon systems, the main difference is that infrared saunas can reach the full spectral range, thus avoiding the release of steam or heat at high temperatures. The operating temperature range is from 18 ºC to 60 ºC. It is strictly advisable not to exceed a session period of more than 45 minutes, and the cabin temperature should be between 40 and 50 ºC. Due to the available technology, when the required temperature is reached, the heater will suspend to maintain a constant temperature. You should also remember that you will start sweating between 6 and 15 minutes after starting your session.

The Apollon domestic infrared sauna is equipped with a control panel through which you can select the duration and intensity of the sauna. You can also adjust many other functions, such as controlling the chromotherapy colour, background music, and many other features.

Full Spectrum Technology = Carbon Heaters + Quartz Heaters

Carbon heaters are commonly used in infrared saunas. These Carbon emitters emit in one third of the infrared spectrum, specifically the part called IR-C. Thus, the infrared radiation spectrum is composed of IR-A, IR-B, and IR-C rays, each of these types of radiation affects our body at different depths. Quartz technology heaters are capable of emitting IR-A and IR-B radiation. Thanks to the combination of Carbon and Quartz heaters, we achieve a full spectrum treatment which provides greater relaxation and wellbeing for our body.

The Apollon Quartz infrared saunas are equipped with Digital Controls, Radio, USB, MP3, SD, AUX, Interior LED Lights, an ionizer and Chromotherapy.

It can be used every day and also shared with the family: a full session lasts around 30 to 45 minutes. The infrared cabin will help you maintain fitness, health and vitality while ensuring pleasant relaxation.

Very easy to use, you can adjust the duration of use between 0 and 60 minutes and the temperature up to 60 °C. The sauna will stop working automatically once the programmed time ends.
