It is made from high-quality Canadian spruce wood, whose main characteristic is dimensional stability and the strength of the spruce itself, making it very suitable for sauna construction. Aesthetically, it has the colour of wood, with a brown texture and natural wood grain. The elegant solid wood design perfectly combines with the discreet and powerful equipment.
The external lights and internal chromotherapy LED can provide unparalleled lighting for the surrounding environment. The Apollon Quartz 3 infrared sauna has a built-in radio system with MP3 player and USB / SD / AUX inputs, allowing audio devices to play your favourite music so you can disconnect and relax.
It offers unmatched sound thanks to its 2 included speakers, located at the top of the cabin for easy sound distribution. It is very easy to relax, as it has a digital control panel where you can adjust, modify or change functions at any time according to your preferences. The panel can be accessed from outside before entering or from inside (via the internal panel).
The wide wavelength acts on both the depth and surface of the skin, making it particularly relaxing. Use the infrared sauna at home to eliminate toxins, disconnect and relax.
It has countless advantages, the most popular being that it can heat up in 15 or 25 minutes, almost instantly. It is recommended to add this heating time to the session. If you want a 30-minute session, it is advised to set 45 minutes and enter the cabin after 15 minutes, as the sauna will already be almost at the right temperature. You can also use this time to shower or bathe before the session, but remember to dry yourself thoroughly.
The infrared heaters are designed for greater quartz durability; combined with carbon heaters, they ensure a perfectly uniform temperature. The Apollon Quartz 3-panel sauna is aerodynamic and significantly reduces consumption.

The main feature of the glass door is its 8 mm thickness, with three slender side windows. In the absence of sufficient natural light, general front lighting can be provided from external light; thanks to LEDs, the elegance and colour of the wood can be appreciated.
You can also enjoy one of the best colour treatments. Chromotherapy helps combat stress, satisfy anxiety, and sometimes can cure certain illnesses.

How to Use the Apollon Quartz 3 Infrared Sauna
Compared to traditional steam saunas and infrared saunas with quartz and carbon systems, the difference is that infrared saunas cover the full spectrum, thus avoiding releasing vapours or high-temperature heat (<90 ºC). The operating temperature ranges between 18 and 60 °C. It is always recommended not to use the sauna for sessions longer than 45 minutes. We also advise setting the sauna temperature between 40 and 50 °C. Thanks to the technology, when the desired temperature is reached, the heaters will go into standby to maintain a constant temperature. Also, note that sweating begins between 6 and 15 minutes after the session starts.
The Apollon family infrared saunas are also equipped with a control panel through which you can set the duration and intensity of the sauna. In addition to many other functions, you can also control the interior lighting colour and background music, among many other features.
Starting the Apollon Infrared Sauna for 3 People
First, plug the power cord into the socket. Once connected and power is confirmed, press the power button on the control panel. This will start the electricity. To adjust the temperature, use the button near the box labelled TEMP. Use the buttons below the frame to set the duration of your session, TIME, by time. Now you can enter the sauna, enjoy the pre-programmed session and relax. Once the session ends, it will finish automatically. To turn off the sauna, simply press the ON / OFF button.
