What is the delivery time for products?

The delivery time for each of our products varies depending on several factors, such as the manufacturer they come from and the town where they must be delivered. In order to provide you with the maximum information on this aspect, you can find the delivery time for each product on each of our product pages. This date is valid only for mainland Spain. For shipments outside this area, you can contact us directly so we can inform you of the delivery time.

 

 

 

How can I track my order?

At the moment we process your order, you will receive an email with the corresponding invoice and with the delivery times for each of your products, since it is possible that your order includes products with different delivery times. If you need more information about your shipment, we recommend that you contact us by phone so that we can provide you with this information as soon as possible.

 

 

 

Will I be called to deliver my order?

We always leave a note on all the orders we process requesting contact before delivering the order. This is fulfilled in most cases; however, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for this being fulfilled in 100% of cases.

 

 

 

What happens if I am not at home when they bring it?

If the carrier comes and finds no one at the indicated address, they will leave a notice note or contact the shipment recipient to coordinate the day and time of delivery. If you do not receive your item within the announced period, we would appreciate it if you contact us so we can verify its status.

 

 

 

Will they bring the product up to my home?

Our transport service covers delivery of the product to the entrance of your home. Under no circumstances will the carrier be responsible for manually carrying the products to a place other than the entrance of the indicated address. If you are about to receive especially heavy or bulky material, we recommend that you have the appropriate means ready to place it where you plan to do so. If you need additional services, do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to offer you an option that fits your requirements.

 

 

 

What should I do when it arrives?

When you receive your order, check that you have correctly received all the items in the order, and that the merchandise is intact and in good condition before signing the delivery note and in the presence of the carrier. Otherwise, do not accept the product and contact us.
