Automatic 3-Way PVC Distributor Valve
The three-way distributor valve allows the flow to pass through the rest of the circuit, closing one outlet or not closing the gate. Specially designed for pools, spas, or other water distribution applications.
The water distribution system is designed to facilitate optimal flow adjustment at each outlet. Easy to use.
Made of PVC-U and PPO, PP and POM actuators, maximum working pressure: 6 bar. Available in different diameters (inner/outer) D50 / D63 or D63 / D75. Automatic operation via electric actuator.

Operation of the Automatic 3-Way PVC Distributor Valve
The automation causes the actuator output shaft to rotate automatically 90º or 180º, depending on the position of the two internal cams. Additionally, the cam can be set to stop 15 or 30 ° before or after the valve closed or open position.
To change the cam positions, the lever and cover must be removed to access the two cams. They can be lifted and placed in a new position so that the cam slot aligns with the shaft shoulder. It is recommended that the manufacturer completes the cam configuration.

Cam configuration, the three-way rotary gate valve can rotate 180°:
Rest position - right outlet
180° position - left outlet
90°

Wiring Diagram for Automatic 3-Way Shut-Off Valve
The valve is supplied with a 4-wire x 1 mm² cable with a length of 1 m. Connect according to the diagram printed on the actuator cover. Observe the neutral connection.
The figure shows the external connection: the external relay must change the rotation direction to switch the signal from the black wire to the brown wire. To change the valve's electrical connection, pull the indicator handle and remove the actuator blade to access the connection channel. Pass the 4-wire cable through the lower cable gland to the slot shown in the figure.

Operation of the Automatic Three-Way Rotary Valve

Manual Emergency Control of the Automatic 3-Way Shut-Off Valve
Use only when the electric drive fails. To operate the actuator manually, press the MAN / AUTO selector, and while holding it down, turn the selector to point to the MAN symbol. This way, the indicator handle can be manually rotated to the desired position.
When pressing the manual/automatic selector, it is essential that the motor stops to avoid damaging the pinion. It is recommended to keep the manual/automatic selector in the automatic position. Turn the positioning lever until the manual/automatic selector returns to its initial (raised) position due to the internal spring.

Damage caused by not following the instructions is not covered by the warranty.
Connection and handling operations must be performed by qualified personnel.
Cut power before covering.
Maximum service life: 5,000 operations -180º.
It is recommended to use an independent fuse or sufficient electrical protection device to protect the equipment.
Do not leave anything inside that could damage the mechanism.
Take special care to prevent water from entering the enclosure.
Not recommended for outdoor installation.
Before changing the valve position, make sure to stop the pump first.
